Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns 14 days from the delivery date in the case of sizing being wrong, unhappy with the product, or damage to items during shipping. We will offer store credit only. No refunds.   The 14 days starts from the date the package was posted as delivered. Brooke and Arrow does not pay for the return shipping to us but will cover the cost to ship a new item to you in the case(s) of an exchange or damaged product.

 Please mail back the least expensive way from USPS. If there was a mistake on our side, we will reimburse shipping ONLY IF it was sent by USPS. Items shipped first class will be refunded $4 and items shipped priority will be reimbursed $7. 

AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS IN PERFECT CONDITION, WE WILL ISSUE STORE CREDIT. IF IT HAS BEEN WORN, WE CANNOT. PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE IN YOUR PACKAGE EXPLAINING YOUR RETURN AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR GET STORE CREDIT. *** Do not forget to attach your order form or a note with your name and over number so we know who sent it. AS LONG AS WE HAVE THAT ITEM AND SIZE AVAILABLE, WE WILL SEND IT TO YOU. IF THERE IS A PRICE DIFFERENCE, WE WILL CONTACT YOU FIRST. 

RETURNS are processed on Sundays and Mondays. If we have your order has made its way back to us, please wait until that following Monday to follow up with us if you haven't heard from us by then. Sometimes, returns can take up to three weeks to be processed depending on the status of our shipping and returns department. But hang tight, we won't forget about ya! 

Once we send the order back to you with a new requested size or item, we will NOT provide tracking information unless you email us requesting it. We try to get them out as quickly as possible to get back to you fast. 

If the tracking status says delivered, we are not responsible for any missing packages. USPS has been very great about this and it has not been a problem at all. Please check in all places for your package before contacting us... neighbors house, mail box, by the front door, with the leasing office, etc.

Refunds

All refunds will be in the form of store credit.  If you return a product you will receive in store credit for the purchase price (does not include shipping costs).

 It is the customers responsibility to read through our policy before ordering.
